Anonymous takes down Russian State Sponsored News Services

Anonymous continues to hack into Russian infrastructure and have breached into the news service TASS and multiple other state-owned media institutions. Anonymous already declared ‘Cyber War’ on Russia after the Putin administration and military invaded the Ukraine.

In the recent attack on news channels, the Anonymous disabled the news service and displayed anti-war messages. The messages were described as ‘Tombstone’ for the war dead. The affected news channels include Izvestia, Kommersant, Fontaka, and RBC.

The hackers have also displayed the number 5300 via the news channels which marks the number of Russian troops that Ukraine claimed to have neutralized. The hackers also displayed footages from Ukraine and what is happening there in the streets.
